Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1900000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer must submit a valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration, and Income Tax Certificate associated with an up-to-date tax return certificate.
2. The tenderer must submit a Credit Line (as per PG:3 format) or Bank Statement reflecting a minimum of 20 (Twenty) Lakh Taka as a Liquid Asset.
3. Tenderer should have experience in supplying similar Goods at least 5 (Five) years.
4. Tenderer should have specific experience in supplying specific Goods (Dosing pump-motor set) of a minimum of 10 (Ten) lakh taka under a maximum of 1 (one) contract in the last 5 (Five) years.
5. Tenderer must submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter for items No. 01, 03, 04 & 05. The back-to-back authorization will also be acceptable.
6. The tenderer must submit the Manufacturer's installation drawings with dimensions (Item No. 01, 03, 04 & 05), Test report as per ISO standards & Technical data sheets (Item No. 01, 03, 04, 05 & 06).
7. The tenderer must submit a confirmation letter stating that the offered items must meet the design specifications, are new, unused, in good condition, and will fit properly without any modification.
8. Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4) must be completed with the proper Technical Specifications, country of origin, Make and Model, or Brand of individual items that are being offered by the tenderer.
9. The tenderer must submit a Guarantee / Warranty Certificate for the equipment/ items ensuring satisfactory performance for 1 (One) year from the date of successful commissioning.
10. The tenderer shall be accompanied by a tender security in Favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station, in the form of a DD/Pay order from any Scheduled Bank in Bangladesh.
