1.Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum [05(Five)] years of general experience in Construction works.
2.Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least [01(one)] number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk 6.0 (Six point zero)Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last [05 (Five)] years.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 21.00 (Twenty One point zero)Lakh] over the last [05 (Five)]years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.00 (Six point Zero) Lakh.
5.Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
6.. The minimum amount of tender capacity 5.50 (Five Point Five Zero) Lakhs.
