Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Experience Certificate of 05 (five) years for supplying the same goods.
2. Manufacturer's Authorization/Dealership Certificate.
3.The acknowledgment slip of income tax return for last year.
4. Warranty Certificate.
Special Note:
i. All items should be brand New and conform to the required specification. The spec./model should be labeled properly on the body of the Tyre.
ii. If the bidder is not the tyre manufacturer himself, he must have to produce manufacturers authorization letter from the tire manufacturer or submit Distributor/dealership certificate to prove the quoted tyres are genuine; otherwise the bid will be treated as non-responsive (reseller/sub dealer is not accepted)
iii. The Supplier/bidder should have good track record of providing new tire to at least 03 govt./semi govt./autonomous organization in Bangladesh in last 5(five) years.
