Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7500000 ~ 22500000.

Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system
meeting the following criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years(*) in the Electro-mechanical works.
b) A satisfactory completion of Electro-mechanical work of at least Tk 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac Taka) under a single contract (The work must Include
both Sub-station and Air cooler work) within last 05 (Five) years(*) shall be required of this tender under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater thanTk. 90,00,000.00 (Ninety Lac Taka) over the last 5(five) years(*). Payment
certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with Tender in support of average annual construction
turnover.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac taka). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender
must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender
e) Up to date valid Trade License. f) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
g) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN. h) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.i)The Tenderer must submit Authorization Letter from Manufacturer/Authorized distributor and technical specification for air cooler. j) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC. i) PPR 2025 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.
* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
