Tender Document Price: Tk. 2500; Tender Security: 225000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 22500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7500000 ~ 22500000.

Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:
a) General Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years in the Electro-mechanical works.
b) A satisfactory completion of Electro-mechanical work of at least Tk 53,00,000.00 (Fifty Three Lac Taka) under a single contract (The work must Include CCTV,PABX or Digital Conference System,Pump motor works) within last 05 (Five) years  shall be required.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lac taka). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender 
d) Up to date valid Trade License. e) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN., g) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.h)The Tenderer must submit Authorization Letter from Authorized distributor and technical specification  for Pump motor, CCTV, PABX and Digital Conference System. i) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.  j) PPR 2025 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.
* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
