Brief Description of Package: Supply of Pesticides for the Seed Certification Agency for FY 2025-2026
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall be a legal entity and shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
The Tenderer shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility, debarment, or blacklisting by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh at the time of RFQ submission.
The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate/Online BIN, and Tax Identification Number (TIN), as applicable.
The Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and VAT in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
The Tenderer shall be an authorized dealer/supplier of pesticides and shall submit valid authorization/registration documents from the competent authority or manufacturer, where applicable.
The Tenderer shall submit all documents and information as specified in the RFQ and relevant provisions of the tender document.
