Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall be a Bangladeshi national/entity legally eligible to participate in public procurement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2006 and Public Procurement Rules, 2025.
b) The Tenderer shall have a valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
c) The Tenderer shall have the financial capability to supply the quoted goods in accordance with the delivery schedule specified in the RFQ.
e) The Tenderer shall not be debarred or suspended by any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body of Bangladesh.
f) All other eligibility criteria shall be as specified in the RFQ document.
