Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

Eligibility criteria:
a) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management shall be 05 (Five) years.
b) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction Works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of Similar Types of Work Successfully Completed in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the Last 05 years, with a Value of at least Tk 14.00 (Fourteen) Lac. (i) The Work Done Under PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) The Work Done other than PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be an Officer not below the Rank of Executive Engineer.
c) The Minimum Amount of Financial Resources as Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit Line(s) or Specific Credit Commitment or in Any Combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve) Lac. (Must be Submitted in the Form of PW2a-3).
d) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 13.00 (Thirteen) Lac.
e) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac over the last 05 (Five) Financial Years.
f) The Tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (Up-to-date 13 Digit BIN).
All Other Conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT, GCC, Section 1 to 10 of Document Part and All Necessary Documents Must Submit in e-PW2(a) Format.
