Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements
a) A minimum general construction experience of 07 (Seven) years.
b) Specific experience of Similar work in a single contract of minimum value of Tk.12.00 Lac complete within last 5 years.
c) Minimum Tender Capacity Tk.14.00 Lakh only.
d) Minimum Average annual construction Turnover of Tk 20.00 Lakh for the last 5 years.
e) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 12.00 Lakh Only.
2. If any tenderer Quoted his rate more than 5% less or above than the official estimate then the tenderer has to Submit Rate Analysis.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system as per PPR-2025
2. Qualification information and evidences {such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc.} of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP.
