c) Minimum Tender Capacity Tk.62.00 Lakh only.
d) Minimum Average annual construction Turnover of Tk 88.00 Lakh for the last 5 years.
e) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 45.00 Lakh Only.
2. If any tenderer Quoted his rate more than 5% less or above than the official estimate then the tenderer has to Submit Rate Analysis.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system.
