Eligibility criteria:

The Tenderer shall have the required general and specific experience, technical capability, and financial capacity, as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
The Tenderer shall submit all documents and information required under the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), Tender Data Sheet (TDS), and other sections of the Standard Tender Document.
