The Tenderer shall be a legal entity and shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
The Tenderer shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility, debarment, or blacklisting by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh at the time of Tender submission.
The Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and VAT in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and Tax Identification Number (TIN), as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
The Tenderer shall have the required general and specific experience, technical capability, and financial capacity, as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
The Tenderer shall submit all documents and information required under the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), Tender Data Sheet (TDS), and other sections of the Standard Tender Document.
