* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4120000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12360000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4120000 ~ 12360000.
Eligibility criteria:
(1). Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip of Assessment Year (AY)(2023-2024/2024-2025) that proof the taxation clearance, Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate.
(2). The minimum general experience as Supplier in supply of Goods and related services of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed within the last [5] years.
(3). The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed within the last [5] years, with a value of at least Tk. [30.00] Lakh only.
(4). Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (45.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement or credit facilities according to PPR format (Form PG2-5,) Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
(5). Authorization Letter: Manufacturer Authorization letter must be submitted directly from the Manufacturer for the 01,03,04,11,12,43,46,47 and 51 items listed in Technical Specification.
(6). Local Training: Training at user site by trained engineer for 10 (Ten) days should be provided for 2/3-person (with sample preparation and other if any) without any extra cost.
