* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2360000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7080000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2360000 ~ 7080000.
Eligibility criteria:
Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance;
(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip of Assessment Year (AY)(2023-2024/2024-2025) that proof the taxation clearance.
(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate.
(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 15.00 lakh under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 5 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.
(V). The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 24.00 lac (This will be given by the proper format). The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in e-GP portal.
(VI). Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer of Item no: 1,2, 3,5,6,7,11.
(VII). The winning tenderer must submit the original challan from the manufacturer/ partner/ Importers during supplying the goods. Any damaged item(s) that do not match the specifications must be replaced upon receipt.
