5. Direct Manufacturer Authorization letter from OEM (only for Microphones, Conference system Controller and 4x4 4K HDMI Matrix)
6. Warranty Certificate of all products. Additoinally two years free On-Site support & spare parts (if requeired) must be mentioned in the certificate.
7. Valid ISO Certificate of the tenderer.
8. Product Brochure/Catalogue.
9. Authorization Letter including National ID.
10. The Tenderer shall have experience of suppling Sound/PA/conference system (minimum BDT 8,00,000) to any government organization (including semi-government and autonomous bodies) within last 10 years.
