Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid Trade License
2. TIN certificate
3. Updated Income Tax Return Certificate
4. VAT Registration Certificate
5. Bank Solvency Certificate (Certificate must be issued within this year).
6. Valid ISO Certificate of the Tenderer must be submitted.
7. Original Product Brochure/Catalogue.
8. BCS membership Certificate
9. Product’s Distributorship/Partnership/Dealership/ Importership Certificate.
10. Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tenderer including National ID.
11. The Tenderer shall have an Experience Certificate of supplying computer and related Products to any Government Organization (including semi-government and autonomous bodies) within last 05 years. Work Completion Report must be submitted.
12. Warranty Certificate of all Products, must be on Site Support with Spare Parts.
