Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 5 (five) years
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods successfully completed within the last 5 years, value of at least Tk. 3.00 (Three point Zero Zero) Crore under a single contract under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk 3.50 (Three point Five Zero) Crore (in the form PG3-8).
5.A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required as per STD (in the form PG3-6) only from Sole Agent for Lift.
6. Catalogue and Technical Specifications of Proposed Brand.
7. The tender must possess: i) TIN Certificate, (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, (iii) Up-to-date trade license, (iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB, (v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
