Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 17666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 53000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 53000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer who has a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
2. The bidder shall have successfully completed the supply of field-level workable Agriculture Machinery to any Government or Autonomous Organization, with a minimum supply quantity of 4 units and a cumulative contract value of at least BDT 200.00 (Two Hunderd) Lakh, executed under a maximum of one (01) contract within the last Two (02) years.
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 200.00 (Two Hunderd) lakh.. In case of free funds, Bank Statement/Statements must be submitted and it shall have to remain up to issue of NOA.
4. Last 3 years’ Audit Reports with DVC Numbers must be submitted.
5. ISO 9001 Certification must be submitted for both the Manufacturer and the Bidder.
6. IRC (Import Registration Certificate) must be submitted.
7. The Manufacturer’s Original Catalogue/Brochure must be submitted.
8. A Service Completion Certificate for any agricultural machinery shall be submitted, issued by a Government or Autonomous Organization, confirming that the bidder has provided services .
9. Details of Service Centers (with addresses and mobile numbers) in near Project Area.
10. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter must be submitted with full contact details.
11. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
12. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
