Eligibility criteria:
1) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of General experience.
2) The tenderer shall have specific experience in successful completion of Electo Mechanical Work(The work must include both substation and generator work) of not less than Tk= 90.00 lac in a single agreement under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private organization within the last 5 (five) years from date of IFT..
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =90.00 Lac.
4) The tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
5) The tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization, Technical Specification, Operation manual and Catalogue for proposed Substation,feeder cables and generator.
6) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS& PCC of this tender.
