Brief Description of Package: Repair and Renovation of Record Rooms established at the Office of Deputy Commissioner, Dinajpur. FY 2025-26.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5500000 ~ 16500000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience of at least 01 contract of Similar nature construction successfully Completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT Tk. 40.00 Lakh (Forty Lakh Taka only) in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD. (Section 7)
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT Tk. 90.00 Lakh (Ninety Lakh Taka only) over the last 05 (Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP wb portal.)
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 25.00 Lakh (Twenty Five Lakh Taka only). Must be submitted according to the Format PW2a-3.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: BDT Tk. 45.00 Lakh (Forty Five Lakh Taka only).
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date IT Clearance Certificate, BIN certificate & up-to-date ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. Duplication of documents regarding payment certificate will be counted as the reason of Disqualification.
8. False information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Disqualification.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
