Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit/upload with its Tender with the following documents:
(i) Copies of valid Trade license for 2025-26 fiscal year
(ii) Bank solvency certificate
(iii) Income tax clearance certificate (2024-25)
(iv) VAT registration certificate & TIN Certificate
(v) Relevant documents for work experiences and financial experiences as per TDS
vi) Bank transaction report (for last 3 month) (last date wil be counted before the date of tender publication)
vii) Manufacturer authorization letter of Lab equipment
viii) In case of Joint Venture Consortium or Association (JVCA), Partnership agreement
ix) Waranty certificate, Quality Assurance Certificate ( ISO 9001: 2015 )
x) Original full brochure of all products
xi) The tender shall have adequate experience and professional engineer and technitian to provide after sales service promptly (List of Test equipment's, technical person details are to be provided)
xii) Written Confirmation authoring all items must have a manufacturing date of 2024 or later
xiii) After sale service certificates for three years by the local agent of each item as free of cost
xiv) Written Confirmation for providing IQ, OQ, PQ and SOP both in English & bangla
