xii) Waranty certificate, Genuineness Certificate, Spare parts availability certificate, Quality Assurance Certificate (MLD STD, ISO (9001: 2015 & 14001: 2015)/ EC/UKAS, ETSI)
xii) Legal capacity of the tenderer to perform this tender and Litigation History of the manufacturer
