Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Fita pipe for extension of irrigation area.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 12333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 37000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 12333333 ~ 37000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Updated  ISO standardization certificate of  the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
2. Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh, 05 (Five) years over all Manufacturer experience certificate of those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 115.00 (One Hundred Fifty) Lakh.
4. The satisfactory completion of supply of Fita pipe for extension of irrigation area of minimum Tk. 100.00 (One Hundred) Lakh. under maximum 2 (two) contracts in the last 5(Five) of years
5.The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
6. The bidder must submit sample of  single unit i.e. 30 meter pipe length, on 28.09.2025 within 5:00 P.M at the office of the Executive Engineer, BADC, Habiganj. The receipt copy of sample must have to submit with the tender document.
7. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
