Eligibility of Tenderer:
Manufacturing company who has industrial license or supplier of shed net having up-dated valid trade license, vat, income tax certificate.
Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
The Tenderer who has a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
The Tenderer must have a specific experience in similar nature of work (Supply and installation of 50% shed net and accessories.) at least minimum work order value of Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lac of a single contract completed over the last 05 (Five) years in any Government or semi government or Autonomous organization.
