Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. Up-dated trade licence of the bidder.
2. Up-dated Vat Registration Certificate of the bidder
3. Up to date TIN certificate
4. Updated BS/ISO standardization certificate of the manufacturer of goods.
5. Industrial Project registration license of the manufacturer’s issued by the board of investment, Govt. of Bangladesh (if applicable).
6. Only manufacturer are eligible (as specified in Special terms and conditions of tender specification) for the bidding tender.
7. Warranty certificate of the bidder for a duration of 12 (Twelve) months. The bidder must replace any defective material during the warranty period with free of cost.
