Brief Description of Package: Supply of 41,500 Pieces Fruits and Vegetable harvesting Clippers with high quality stainless steel, high hardness, strong and durable for the participants of 1660 batches Postharvest and Primary Processing (PHP) training in 29 Upazila of SACP Project.
The supplier have to ensure delivery these products in the upazila after inspection and accepted by PE and storing facility in Upazila at the SACP Project.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 30000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Updated Trade License, VAT Certificate and proof of VAT submission, and updated Income Tax Certificates
5 (Five) or more years of supplying experience of similar nature product in Government/state owned/foreign mission/Renowned International NGOs.
Experice of at least 03 (three) contract of similar nature [Harvesting tools], complexity and methods/technology over a period of last 03 (three) years each with a value of at least of Tk 75.0 (Seventy Five) lac
Required average annual turnover at least of the amount of Tk 150.0 lac (One Crore Fifty Lac) over the last three years
Bank Solvency Certificate and/or Liquid Asset/Credit line of BDT 75.0 (Seventy Five) lac.
Should have its separate own/rented office.
