e.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.100000.00 (One Lakh ). The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT date will not be considered for evaluation. Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.

If the quoted rate is more than 10% below or 10% above of the official estimate cost than the tender must be rejected.
