* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 100000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 100000 ~ 300000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the repair & maintenance works shall be 03 (Three) years.
b. The minimum specific experience in Repair & Maintenance of Lift in government, semi-government or autonomous organisation under one number of contract over a period of 03 years, with value of at least Tk. 80,000/- (Eighty Thousand) only shall be required.
c. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 80,000/- (Eighty Thousand) only.
d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh) only over the last 03 years.
e. Valid Up-To-Date Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
f. Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender.
g. The tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the contract.
