Brief Description of Package: Yearly emergency maintenance, recovery, and renovation works of 11KV, 11/0.4KV,0.4KV overhead lines, poles, distribution transformers and other related services including earthing at different 11KV feeders under NOCS Mugdapara, DPDC.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have general experience of 03 (Three) years of construction works as a Prime Contractor.
2. Tenderer shall have experience of similar Nature of works (Yearly Emergency Maintenance, Recovery and Renovation works of 11KV, 11/0.4KV, 0.4KV Overhead Lines and Distribution Transformers along with related services) under Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous organization amounting not less than taka 7,50,000/- (Seven Lac Fifty Thousand) only as a prime contractor in a single contract/work order within last 5 years.
3. Tenderer shall have the average annual turnover of greater than taka 6,00,000/- (Six Lac) only over the last 3 years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4,00,000/- (Four Lac only).
5. The tenderer shall have valid Trade License, Vat certificate, TIN certificate (With acknowledge slip/certificate) and ABC electric license.
6. Tenderers are not allowed to form Joint Ventures to participate in this tendering process.
