* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 40000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of 3(three) storied building construction work in similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology whose value is at least of Tk.100 (One Hundred) lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.
c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk.400 (Four Hundred ) lakh supported by payment/completion certificates of construction works.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 120(One Hundred Twenty) lakh, which should be submitted in prescribed form of CPTU. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication and submission date of the tender. Letter of commitment of Bank's undertaking for line of credit as per form of tender and contract forms section must be submitted .
e) Any other eligibility mentioned in Tender Data Sheet.
