Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of successful completion of at least 01 (one) number auditorium acoustic works in similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology whose value is at least of Tk. 275.00 (Two Hundred Seventy five) lac in the last 5 years.
c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 600.00 (Six Hundred) lac only over the last 05( Five) years Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 200.00 (Two Hundred) lac only. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW3-7, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade license and e-BIN, VAT Registration Certificate.
