Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 33333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 100000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 33333333 ~ 100000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. As described in the tender document (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1 One contract of similar nature of one number of four-storied Building Construction work from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT., in a single contract of minimum value at least Tk.270.00 lakh.The work completion certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or an equivalent officer of the concerned department/ organization. (Work order &completion certificate must be enclosed).
4. Total construction turnover shall be greater than .Tk.360x5 = 1800.00 Lac, over the last 5 (Five) years.
(FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025).
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.
130.00 Lakh within the period of 28 days before the submission of tender(s).
6. Who have minimum tender capacity not less than 340.00 Lakh
7.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(i) Valid Trade License.
(ii) Vat Registration.
(iii)TIN Number.
(iv) NID.
(v) Business Address.
vii) enclosed experience certificate for respective work.
8. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA & PPR -2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be Followed.
9. A Tenderer who have incomplete work(s) in hand under this PE office & not completed within intended
completion time, will not be responsive to award the contract.
