Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tendered in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT., in a single contract of minimum value at least Tk.100.00 lakh.
The work completion certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization. (Copy of Work Order & Completion Certificate must be submitted in support of fulfilling the requirements).
c) A Tenderer who has incomplete work(s) in hand under this PE office & not completed within intended completion time, will not be responsive to award the contract.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40,00,000/- (Taka Forty Lac).
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 105.00 Lac
f) Total construction turnover shall be greater than. Tk.105.0x5 = 525.00 Lac, over the last 5 (Five)
years
