Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01.THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER.
(Where applicable)
i) Photocopy of valid Trade license , up-to date valid VAT registration certificate and current income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no.
ii) Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable).
iii)Manufacturer, Distributor/Agent are permitted to participate in the tender. Photocopy of valid Manufacturer, Distributorship/Agency certificate etc must be submitted with the tender.
iv) The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed hospitality industry with the offer.
v) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price (In case of local agent/supplier).
vi)Sample of item (Minimum 12 pkt, printed brand name, production & expiry date is to be mentioned) must be submitted (Non-refundable) along with the offer and sample should reach before opening of the tender. This is applicable to all tenderers even in the case of Manufacturer. Working sample also must be submitted before placing work order/purchase order for final approval (if required).
vii) Brand should be customised with Biman logo during the supply period.
viii)Chemical composition analysis report from an approved Govt. Organization, like BSTI, ICDDRB, BCSIR shall be submitted during submission of tender.
