Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Outsourcing Manpower Firm for engaging of Chowkider (2 Nos.), Cleaner (4 Nos.), Gate Operator (3 Nos.), Driver (Light Vehicle, 2 Nos.) and Khalasi (3 Nos.) (Total 14 Nos) for Gaibandha WD Division, BWDB, Gaibandha by outsourcing process during the year 2025-26 & 2026-27.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 21500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7166666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Deputy Director, Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Rangpur or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Gaibandha WD Division, BWDB, Gaibandha will be allowed (Bank Guarantee Form PSN-4).
2. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.
3. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by PE.
4. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post with CV, filled upexcel sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and experience certificate.
5. Recruiting manpower through outsourcing does not guarantee permanent employment. As soon as the manpower supply expires, their service period or service will automatically expire. Subsequent assimilation or regularization or any other facility in this regard cannot be claimed in any way.
6. Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
