Eligibility of Tenderer: Any individual(s) firms who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & other condition of the tender documents
Special Instruction:
Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved
Work certificate issued by PE and executed by public fund will only be considered as an qualification criteria
The tenderer has to arrange land or other establishment by his own to executie the work
Test fee for the required test conducted during/after the work to be paid by the contractor
Before and after the execution of work videos and pictures have to be taken by the contractor
Taskforce measurement report, BWDB specification must be followed
Block or geobag rejected by the BWDB Taskforce committee shall be dumped or placed without any additional payment
Tenderer must need to submit the line of credit certificate in prescribed format (Form PW3-8)
The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility and expenses to obtain information for preparing the Tender
The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender
Insurance for the work must be done by the awarded Tenderer from Sadharan Bima Corporation
