Eligibility criteria:
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant business including IT based profession.
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (Five) numbers supply contract of goods and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
•The minimum specific experience of similar and related services shall be: At least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years and each contract value of 1.5 Crore under in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
• The tenderer shall be certified partner/distributor of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
• The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the mentioned project.
• The tenderer shall submit technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet. Original Brochure must be submitted (mentioned single, like Origin, Manufacturer, Brand, Model etc).
• The tenderer shall have sales & service center in nearest places as if after calling they can provide support within maximum 5 hours.
• The tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
• Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
