Brief Description of Package: (a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) number of Similer works amounting to Tk. 225.00 lac completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 350.00 Lac over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 175 Lakh (must be in the form of PW 3-7 in original form)
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC and Supervisory License. Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade license and VAT Registration Certificate(must 13-digit).
(f) In case of tie for the evaluated price, the lowest evaluated tenderer shall be selected based on past performance mentioned in ITT clause no-44.2 So all tenderers are requested to submit the related documents mentioned in ITT clause no. 44.2 (form e-PW3-5[A, B]). And All other conditions as mentioned in STD must be fulfilled.
(g) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.280.00 Lac Only.
