Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of similar works of minimum BDT 3.60 (Three lac Sixty Thousand) Lac in a single contract within the last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) financial years of BDT 1.8 (One Lac Eighty Thousand) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 3.00 (Three) Lac .
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 4.50 (Four Lac Fifty Thousand) Lac .
