2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2.95 Lac (Two Point Nine Five Lac) over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.80 (One Point Eight Zero Lac) only.
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 2.30 lac (Two Point Three Zero lac) only.

• If collecting from your own business: Provide the location of your store or warehouse on your official business pad.
• If procured from another supplier, provide the supplier's store or warehouse location for verification by TEC. Additionally, submit a price quote from the supplier as supporting evidence of your quoted price (on the supplier's store or official pad).
• If any of the above false information is provided or if the Tender Evaluation Committee inspects and does not find the existence of the mentioned shop or warehouse, necessary action may be taken against you/yours.
