Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 16666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All e-GP tenderer/supplier (1st Class) of Bangladesh are Eligible to participate.
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,25,00,000 (Taka One Core Twenty Five Lac). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines, net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 1,70,00,000 (One Core Seventy Lac). The format for the Credit Line to be issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PG3-8) in accordance with ITT Clause 28.1(d).
5. The amount of the Tender Security shall be tk. 5,00,000 (Five Lac).
5. Tender Related all documents (Trade Licence, Tax Payment Certificate, Vat Certificate) must be updated.
6. Supllier have to delivere the Food items as per demand of Procure Entity (PE) in every week or a certiain period. But bill will be paid montly as per total monthly invoce of suppllier.
7. All foods & related items mentioned in the schedule must be delivered between 01st July 2025 to 31th December 2025.
8. After getting the aprroval of financial allocation in this regard sector/code in MFA revenue budget in the fiscal year 2025-26, the activities of this tender (supply and receipt of goods) will be started from 01st July 2025, as per the said schedule.
9. The Academy authorities reserve the right to cancel this tender order/contract at any time/stage in case of any deviation.
