Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractor/Supplier firms who have minimum 2 (Two) years of general experience in similar nature supply works are eligible to apply in this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated Trade License, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the authority or officer who has conluded the contract.
d) The experience certificate of last 2 years must be submitted along with the tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted. The tenderer must submit corresponding work order and NOA of last 2 years supply works.
e) If any falsified documents are submitted along with the tender and found incorrect then strict actions will be taken against those tenderer.
f) The procurement consists of supplying and installation of various types of electronic devices according to the schedule to Dhaka BKSP, Rajshahi BKSP, and Chattogram BKSP.
g) The tenderer shall submit relevant brochure/catalogue or sample of the goods specified in schedule as per the direction of the authority and take prior approval before supply.
h) The tenderer must comply with the Technical specification as specified in the form ePG2-3.
i) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
j) The Head of Procuring Entity (HOPE) reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
