Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1016666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3050000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1016666 ~ 3050000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for 05 (Five) year's minimum.
(b) Specific Experience:Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of works/Building Repair work of Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK. 7.00 (Seven) Lac, in a single contract. Last 05 (Five)years will be counted backward from the date of publication
(iii) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(iv) In case of the work done any Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting TK.14.00 (Eighteen) Lac, This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector.Best 3(Three) years in the last 5(five) years will be considered for calculating average construction turn over .
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK. 7.00 (Seven) Lac. Document (Original scan Copy Only) Map along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5: Tender & Contract Form [Form PW2(a)-3].
(e)The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) Lac. Other eligibility is detailed in tender document.
