Brief Description of Package: Establishment of Complete Cancer, Kidney & Heart Treatment Center on 8(Eight) Divisional City (15 storied Building with 17 Storied Foundation having 2(two) basement at Chattogram Medical College Hospital, Chattogram (Sub-Head: Construction of Approach road, Compound drain, Testing of Materials, Boundary wall, Land Development, Footh path, Link Corridoor).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no RCC Framed structure building construction work or similar nature works within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least 3.0 crore ( Tk Three crore only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(b).
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 7.0 crore ( Tk Seven crore only) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years or the best five years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. Documents in support of average annual construction turnover must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(c).
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 2.9 crore (Tk Two crore & Ninety lac only). Documents in support of these requirements must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(d).
5 The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 4.30 crore (Tk Four crore & Thirty lac only) [ To be Submitted: ongoing work details, contract amount, bill payment amount, remaining works amount and other required information].
6. The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC/BC Electrical contractor & ABC/BC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board.
