Brief Description of Package: Civil, sanitary and electrical repair work of the building of the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Lakshmipur (Sub Head: 1. Replacement of tiles, doors, fans and lights, Thai fitting, change of fixer fittings, change of GI pipes to PVC pipes, wiring, mosaic cutting, establishment of new washrooms in the NDCâ??s room, ancillary and civil sanitary work, 2. Repair of the roof of the 3rd floor, 2nd floor and 1st floor of the building of the Deputy Commissioner's Office, repair of broken RCC parapet walls, re-casting of the fallen columns on the roof, repair and cleaning of the overgrown water reservoir, 3. Change of electrical wiring and fittings, repair of ACs and various electrical repair work.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) number of Building Construction work including civil, sanitary & water supply and electrification works amounting to tk. 20.00 lac(Thirty Lac) completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work has been executed. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(c) Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka thirty five lacs (35.00 Lacs) over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka Thirteen Lac(30.00Lacs) . Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid .Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW2A, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC Electric License and Electric Supervisory License of his own.
