* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1583333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4750000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1583333 ~ 4750000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of Similar Nature works of minimum BDT 13.00 (Thirteen point zero) Lac in a single contract within the last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BDT 10.00 (Ten point zero) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 10.00 (Ten Point zero) Lac in the form PW3-7.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 15.00 (Fifteen Point Zero) Lac To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of ongoing works under any public sector and existing commitments must be mentioned.
