Brief Description of Package: Supplying and installation of Gym Equipments to BKSP for the FY 2024-25

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 19000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6333333 ~ 19000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors or supplier firms who have minimum 2 (Two) years of general experience in supply works in a Government organization or Autonomous organizations or Federations (Approved by National Sports Council) are eligible to participate in this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) Any supplier or Importer who have up-to-date import license (Import Registration Certificate) having experience of at least 2 (Two) years of importing sports goods can also participate in this tender.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date Import Registration Certificate (IRC), Up to Date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated TradeLicense, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer or authority who has concluded contract with the supplier. The supplier who have importing experience must submit a Minimum 25,000 USD LC supporting documents from Authorized Bank.
d) The Tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG3-4.
e) The Tenderer must take prior approval from concerned authority before delivery of all Gym equipments as specifiedin ePG3-4.
g) The Tenderer must possess the required capacity/capability to supply all the sports goods within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of signing contract.
h) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per ITT, TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
i) The Head of Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
