(4) Tenderers who will have to submit are not returnable 1.5 (One Point Five) Litre of Ammonium Hydoxide (NH4OH), 1.5 (One Point Five) Litre of Hydrazine Hydrate (N2H4. H2O) & 500 (Five Hundred) gm of Tri Sodium Phosphate (Na3PO4.12H2O) sample of Chemicals with sealed condition for pre-testing to the following address before the dead line of the tender submission:
