* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers must have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in RCC Structure works. (Tenderer will ensure that there is no black listed record within 10 (Ten) years).
Tenderer must have experience of Gate, Boundary Wall and Related works, minimum value Tk. 1 Crore successfully completed as a prime contractor in a 2 (Two) contract within last 5 (five) years in govt., semi govt. or Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
In case of the work done under PWD, Certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned minimum Executive Engineer, (b) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank or Executive Engineer.
The required average annual construction turnover is minimum TK 05 (five) Crore within last 05 (five) years. Payment certificates of last 05 (five) years have to be submitted.
The tenderer provides all certificates and necessary papers will hate to be submitted in respective forms as mentioned in the tender document.
The tenderer must provide company profile, Construction Machinery list and list of CV for Technical personnel.
The tenderer must have ABC Category and Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board.
Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents.
The Tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
