* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 116666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 350000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Natore without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s)of Similar Nature of one number of Construction Building Works in Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfuly completed within the last (05)Five years(years counting backward from the date of submission of Tender.The value of Construction Works in a single contract as a Similar work at least Tk. 10,00,00,000.00 (Ten Crore Only) [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20,00,00,000.00 (Twenty Crore Only) over the last 5 (five) years.(Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
5. The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of TK. 2,05,00,000.00 ( Two Crore Five Lakh Only) BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of invitation of tender (PW3-7 Format).
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 11,60,00,000.00 ( Eleven Crore Sixty Lakh Only).
7. Updated ABC Licence & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
8. Tenderer must submit Authorisation Letter. (Mention Tender Id & Works Name in Farm Pad).
9. Other eligibility remain as per TDS and IFT.
